On both conference days a conference office is available at the Mövenpick Hotel in the time of 8.00 - 17.00 o'clock which can be contacted at following telephone number: +49 (0) 171/5385212. Beyond these times the ID-Institute for Dermopharmacy GmbH is to be contacted for information.

Registration

For registration please only use the fax form which can be retrieved and downloaded at the internet address www.gd-online.de. For registration of several participants please use for each person a separate form. Please transfer parallel to your registration the participation fee to the account of the Gesellschaft für Dermopharmazie. The bank account is indicated on the registration form. In case you require the submitting of an invoice please make an appropriate tick on the registration form. The participation fee can also be paid cash at the conference office. Payments by credit card are not possible. In case of cancellation, a processing fee of 30.00 € is charged.

The participation fee comprises beverages during breaks and a meal when participating in a noontime seminar. Besides the indicated early registration fees no additional discounts can be granted. The reduced participation fees for GD-members also apply for representatives of sponsoring members of the GD.

Certification

The conference will be certified by the Deutsche Dermatologische Akademie (German Dermatological Academy) by 12 credits in category A as advanced training for dermatologists. The Bundesapothekerkammer (Federal Pharmacy Chamber) certifies the conference by 16 credits of category 2 as advanced training for pharmacists.

Hotel accommodation

Conference participants may retrieve a hotel room until 9.3.2006 at a price of 82.50 € without resp. 97.50 € incl. breakfast per night at Mövenpick Hotel under the code word "Dermopharmacy". Reservation at telephone number +49 (0) 251/8902-0.

Poster lectures

A scientific poster exhibition will take place on 5.4.2006. Who intends to present a poster is kindly asked to submit it by furnishing a one-side summary of the content until 10.3.2006 by e-mail. The e-mail-address for the registration is: webmaster@gd-online.de. The scientific conference head decides on the acceptation of the poster. Upon acceptance of the poster from authors of a university sector one author may participate free-of-charge in the scientific main program of the conference on 5.4.2006. At concomitant participation on 4.2006 a participation fee of 60.00 € has to be paid.
